Affidavit of the Chattisgarh government in ST reservation case

The State of Chhattisgarh increased the reservation for Scheduled Tribes from 20% to 32%. Honourable Chattisgarh High Court struck down the law that provided for increased reservation. The case is pending before Honourable Supreme Court.
