Mandal Commission Report

Mandal Commission report formed the basis of 27% OBC reservation implemented by V P Singh government in 1990. Mandal Commission conducted field studies of miniscule sample and extrapolated the 1931 census data to project that the OBCs constitute 52% of the country’s population.
